Property Marketing Using Ground Based Aerial Photography
Elevated aerial photography is also called ground based aerial photography, mast aerial photography, and pole aerial photography. However it is described, the final outcome is the same - superb quality aerial photographs, with multiple applications.
Pinnacle Imaging Ltd. is a small family company based between Lanark and Biggar. We specialise in producing these amazing images by using our versatile equipment designed to produce the images at affordable prices for all.
Pinnacle Imaging Ltd is unique in that we have the only dual mast system in the country. This gives us the flexibility to cater for a wide variety of photographic requests. We have a 26m mast, which can extend to 28m by means of an extension piece, permanently fixed to our specially adapted vehicle, a Vauxhall Vivaro van. We also have a 15m mast on the van, which can be demounted and by means of a tripod, can be deployed to locations away from the van. This type of deployment is ideal for indoor locations and difficult to access outdoor sites.
You give us your instructions and we arrange a suitable appointment with you. On arrival, we will discuss your requirements and then proceed to set up. Everything is self- contained within the vehicle. A good quality camera (we use Canon cameras) is fixed to a tilt and turn mechanism and this is then fixed on to the mast head. This is then connected to the laptop computer from which the camera will be controlled once it is in position. The inside of the van is fitted out as a work station, from where the controller takes the photographs. We encourage clients to be with us when taking the photographs. The mast is erected by means of compressed air and can be erected up to 26m high. Once the mast has reached its height, then the images can be taken. These are downloaded on to the hard drive of the computer and therefore the composition and quality of the images is checked immediately. We can then copy the images on to a CD-ROM and give you this once payment is received. We can also print the images while we are on site.
